Sceliphron deforme

Body black, with yellow markings on pronotum, mesonotal pleuron, scutellum and propodeum. Posterior margins of first and second gastral segments reddish brown. This species is not basically a tube-renter, but sometimes builds pot-shaped mud nests in thick bamboo tubes. It hunts salticid spiders (jumping spiders).
