Rhopalum kuwayamai

Body mainly black, with brown markings on gastral segments 2 and 3. Forelegs and mesosoma mainly yellow. First gastral segment slender and petiolate. Similar to Rhopalum jessonicum, but with a v-shaped indentation on frontal margin of clypeus in female. This species hunts book lice as prey.
